Happy Easter! Christ is risen, and so (I hope) will be the output on Creative Commons Prayer.

As I mentioned in a note to Patreon supporters, it’s been a crazy eight weeks or so getting ready for #TCDigiLearn, but the big event is Wednesday. That should open up some space for more creative prayer in the coming weeks.

In the meantime, I’ve been finding great personal meaning in the creation of these seasonal playlists, and I’m grateful to all those who continue to chime in when I put out the call. We always have a good conversation, and the Easter playlist process was no exception.

So without further ado, I give you “Dream of Love,” an Easter playlist for 2018.

On the Soul and the Resurrection by Gregory of Nyssa

He wrote that, in the resurrection, “the rope of our body will be braided [together] by the soul” in a way that evokes for me the further image of the re-coiling and repairing of mutated DNA.
